60-min virtual interview, or 30-min survey, or 2-hr advisory board
Requirements
US resident
Diagnosed with congenital Hemophilia A (or caregiver of patient)
ANDprescribed and taking one of the below treatments
Hemlibra (Emicizumab)
a factor VIII product of any kind
a gene therapy
CANNOT be diagnosed with
Hemophilia A with FVIII inhibitors
Acquired Hemophilia-A
Hemophilia-B
